Listen, Observe, Remember, and Share

Listen to everything that surrounds you …..
The wind, the rustling of leaves dancing all around,
The beat of your heart,
And Mother Earth which upon you stand.

And remember laughter and your children.

Missisquoi Abenaki Nation Site

  Kwai, Kwai

This website has been constructed as a resource for students in the 4th through 8th grades.   It links students to websites and articles primarily constructed by Abenaki people from Vermont, New Hampshire, and Quebec with some additional sites by non-native people.

I would like to thank all the Abenaki elders, teachers, and community members that have authored these sites and have chosen to share their culture and traditions.
